The Thang: Started with 3 stations. PAX partnered up and went through each station 2x. Hurtles were about 5″ off ground, distance about 8ft. Jug is 11.2lbs, distance about 40ft. Kettle bells were 6 & 12(kg?).
Everyone circled up for Burn Out 100s! Exercise sets were done back to back with a minute break before moving to the next set.
~Added another Abs 100 b/c of extra time: Table Top Crunches, Triangle Crunch Left then Right, Leg Lifts, Supermans.
Cool Down: 5minutes of various stretches.
