5 pax showed up for a rather grey, drizzly morning, but we made the best of it and started the weekend right.
Warm-up: Toe-touches (IC), windmills, and jog around the soccer field before the kids and parents swarmed in for the soccer games.
4 corners on the basketball courts: we divided up into 4 groups. The first corner was assigned to do 20 burpees at their own pace. When she was done, we rotated to the other corners (mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and plank). Repeat x2. We finished off with 1-minute wall sits (optional wall handstands for 2nd minute).
Playground arms: we rotated through 3 stations of inverted rows on the swings, tricep dips on the benches, and then dead hangs from the ropes. Jogged back to courts for abs: Russian hammers, LBCs, boats and canoes.
COT: Pax asked to send thoughts and prayers to N’sync’s son and Mary Poppins (both victims of the stomach bug going around – hopefully both are doing better now), DIY’s coworker’s mom, and to the boys doing the Mud Run (which was very successful).
