17 Pax got their workout done first thing this Wednesday morning! 💪🏻
We partnered up and completed 10 exercises in a circuit. 1 & 1/2 times:) 50 seconds on 10 seconds rest.
– Battle Ropes
– Slam Balls
– Burpee Mountain Climber
– Burpee to a Star Jump
– Farmer Carries
– Frog Jump 4 Forward, Jog Backwards
– Agility Ladder
– Jump Rope
– Walking Lunge with 15 lb. plate above head
– Sliders/Mountain climbers
We then jogged over to the steps to complete 3 sets of all exercises in a Tabata format.

Plank jacks (with step)
Decline (or incline) push ups
We ended in a sweaty COT led by Pele!!!
