10 PAX gathered on a drizzly December evening to spread out and use multiple areas of the Battlefield in a station switcheroo. Here’s what went down:
There were 3 Groups spread out around Battlefield, each containing 3 Stations. PAX chose which Group to start, then chose a station. Complete the exercise at the station for 2 minutes, then rotate to the next station. Rise and repeat until you get through all three stations in your group. Then, rotate to the next Group. Group 1 rotated to Group 2, Group 2 to 3, 3 to 1. We made it through all the groups twice.
We did not have time for Mary, but I had planned for this (wanted to get through each Group twice), so I incorporated an ab into each Group. Since it had rained all day, it was quite soggy, so we chose to do plank style ab moves.
We had a FiA first! 2.0 Sprint lost a tooth during her workout. How (and where!) did you store that tooth and continue exercising without missing a beat, Caddy?
We all stayed in one group this time, splitting up between the stations. It worked well and we didn’t feel lonely.
