Warm up – 75 Clap Jacks

Stretch out all the kinks

20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Pushups alternating with 2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 Bicycle situps

15 Flat out burpees

20 jumping lunges

20 squats

10 Single leg pike push up

20 push up side plank

20 wide climber jumps

run down the hill and back up

Sit in a circle and everyone calls out an ab workout x 20 reps for a total of 140. OH YEAH! FEEL THE BURN. WE ROCK IT EVERY TUESDAY.
