Star Wars Tribute

Start on back edge of basketball court by reading exercise. Perform that exercise to opposite side of court. When reaching other side, look at next exercise and perform that exercise back to starting point. When you finish, you will have completed 9 exercises.

  1. Wookie Walk- (Bear Crawl)
  2. Hon-Solo Run- (Three Laps around basketball court)
  3. Imperial Walkers
  4. Princess Leia Lunges
  5. R2D2 Duck Walk
  6. Storm Trooper March (Toy Soldiers)
  7. Yoda Waddles (Crab Walk)
  8. Luke Skywalker Side Lunges
  9. Finish with Vader V-ups


Count the Stars- God knows the number of stars in the sky, grains of sand on every beach, and the hairs on our head.

Pick a star and complete your exercise. Complete as many rounds as time allows.
