Stair Masters!

  • Pax: loanstar, salt, juice, java, jet setter, yo-yo

We kicked off our Monday with a cardio packed work out.  Below is how we put the thrill in the hill!

WARM UP 

  • One minute run in place
  • One minute jumping jacks
  • One minute high knees
  • One minute butt kickers

INDIAN RUN FROM LOT TO SCHOLARS WALK AT WINTHROP UNIVERSITY

FIVE MINUTES ON THE CLOCK TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING CIRCUIT

CIRCUIT ONE

  • 10 triceps dips
  • run to next set of stairs
  • 20 mtn climbers
  • run back to first set of stairs
  • repeat

CIRCUIT TWO:

  • 20 Wide hand push-up’s
  • run to next set of stairs
  • 40 speed squats
  • run back to first set of stairs
  • repeat

CIRCUIT THREE:

  • 50 lunges ( 25 per leg)
  • run to next set of stairs
  • LBC’s
  • run back to first set of stairs
  • repeat

3 minute stair run burn out

cool down.

So proud of these ladies  – they kicked this workout’s tail!  Great my loves!
