St. Paddy’s Rainbow Tabata

In true Washington fashion, we trained in the rain.

Warm Up:

1 lap around pond. 50 jumping jacks, 50 squats, and 25 push ups

Workout:

RED:

squat jump x2

lunge kick x2

running lap around pond

ORANGE:

shuffle side to side and touch ground x2

shuffle side to side with burpee x2

3 sets of stairs

YELLOW:

mt climbers x2

up/up and down/down planks x2

sprinting lap around pond

GREEN:

fast feet x2

toe taps x2

3 sets of stairs

BLUE:

push ups x2

tricep dips x2

sprinting lap around pond

INDIGO:

high knees with ladders x2

plank jacks x2

3 sets of stairs

VIOLET:

jumping wall touches x2

side to side hitting ground x2

running lap around pond

We finished up with 2 minutes of planks: 30 seconds on elbow, left side, right side, and on elbows

Great job ladies!  This was challenging for all us, high intensity cardio!  Way to push through it!
