Squats, Squats, and more Squats

It was a bright, sunny and early morning in Washington today-a welcome change from the weeks of soggy workouts in the rain we’ve endured for months.

Warm up: 1/2 (ish) mile run

Workout: 

Round 1: 20 squats, 10 burpees, 18 squats, 9 burpees,…all the way to 2 squats, 1 burpee

100 m run, 50 m walking lunges

Round 2: 20 jumping jacks, 10 rock squats,..down to 2 jumping jacks, 1 rock squat

100 m run, 50 m walking lunges

Round 3: 20 mountain climbers, 10 sumo squats,..down to 2 mountain climbers, 1 sumo squat

100 m run, 50 m walking lunges

Round 4: 20 push ups, 10 jump squats,..down to 2 pushups, 1 jump squat

100 m run, 50 m walking lunges

Cool Down: 1/2 (ish) mile last man standing fartlek run

Total: 1.25 mile run, 120-140 lunges, 275 squats of various types, 110 push ups, 110 mountain climbers, 110 jumping jacks, and 55 burpees.
