Asked PAX to HC with their favorite exercise.  So here they are in Tabata style!  Lots a Squat request, good thing there are so many variations of squats we can explore!

Warm-up:  Head Roll                        Alt Big Arm Circles FWD / BWD
OH Side Reach – L / R                      Torso Twist                              Knee 2 Chest
Heel 2 Butt                                         Windmills                                Toy Soldiers
Jog In Place                                        Jumping Jacks

The Thang:  Do each exercise 30sec, rest 10sec (33min 36sec).  Repeat Circuit before moving on to next circuit.
