It was a warm morning at Foxtrot finally! We did a quick warm up and got right to work.
The combo: Prisoner Jump Squats, Side Lunges, Single Leg RDLs, Push Ups, Rolling Planks, and Clap Crunches
Sprint Sets: We did a combo of 6 exercises (5 reps each) then sprinted down the parking lot and walked back.
Round 2, we did the combo again, but with 10 reps, then sprinted down, walked back.
Round 3, 15 reps and sprint.
Round 4, 20 reps and sprint.
We then met up with our favorite leg exercise. LT. Dan. We did 1 squat, 4 walking lunges, and kept doubling that all the way down the parking lot.
We used our Bag of Abs for our final few minutes, each drawing two popsicle sticks from the bag. Standing sumo crunches, cross crunches, leg lifts, flutter kicks, crunchy frogs, and Pilates 100.
We circled up, discussed the tragedy that took place in Florida this week, and we prayed. We pray(ed) for those parents who lost children, the families, the students, the teachers, the community. We pray(ed) for our children and their safety, our schools, administrators, and teachers, our first responders, and our country.
