SPRING INTO SUMMER

Six Stations – 3 exercises per station

Do each exercises for 45 seconds  with 15 second rest in between:

  • Jump rope, squats, toe lifts
  •  Bicep Curls, Shoulder Press, Lateral Raises
  • Triceps Dips, Inch Worm, Mtn. Climbers
  • Side bends w/weights, Leaning camels, Windshield Wipers
  • Russian Twist, Flutter, Donkey Kicks
  • Use Roller on knees or toes, Side crunches, Bicycle

REPEAT

Circled up and voiced concerns sang Happy Birthday to Bookie.
