We met at Speas Elementary this week due to construction downtown.
For some reason the Q decided to set up the Around the World Clock in the middle of the sunny field……
We had 12 exercises set up in stations in a circle. Did each for 60 seconds then repeat.
6:00- 4way lunge right leg
8:00- Plank with shoulder tap
9:00- 4 way lunge left leg
10:00- squat jacks
11:00- scissors with crunch
12:00 – Burpees
After this brutality we headed over to the shaded playground to continue with a Dora 1-2-3.
1 partner did exercises while the other ran down to the pool and back.
We ended with abs of Russian twist, crunches and a plank. and a huge sweaty spot.
