  • 40 Curtsy Lunges
  • 50 Bridge Raises
  • 60 Fire Hydrants (switch legs every 15 count)
  • 70 Sumo Squats
  • 80 Calf Raises
  • 90 Alternating Leg Lunges
  • 100 Squats
  • 90 Alternating Leg Lunges
  • 80 Calf Raises
  • 70 Sumo Squats
  • 60 Fire Hydrants (switch legs every 15 count)
  • 50 Bridge Raises
  • 40 Curtsy Lunges
  • 30 Bench Step Ups (alternate legs)
  • 20 Squats
  • 10 Burpees

Finished off the work out with a good deep stretch

Circle Time Message: Remember to focus on God when times get hard.  In this world, it is easy to get caught up in the desire/ expectation to be “perfect”.  In the midst of life’s storms, remember God’s message from Jeremiah 29.
