Well, Saturday was my first Q since some time last year; Those babies really hold you down 😛 I am so glad Saturdays are back in Fort Mill. I really hope every takes advantage of the warm weather and sunshine and joins us.

The work out:

Warm up, I can’t remember what we did because it wasn’t written down. I am sure there were butt kickers in there somewhere. We then jogged together to the hill with statue.

At your own pace complete this pyramid:

  • 50 Calf Raises
  • Run up the hill (or to the playground) and do 10 Abs of choice
  • 40 Squats with a side crunch
  • Run up the hill (or to the playground) and do 10 Abs of choice
  • 30 Bird Dogs
  • Run up the hill (or to the playground) and do 10 Abs of choice
  • 20 Boat and Canoes
  • Run up the hill (or to the playground) and do 10 Abs of choice
  • 10 Inch Worm push ups

REVERSE

Jog over to the ‘dry’ sunny area (ha)

  • 40 LBCs
  • 30 Side Crunches
  • 20 (I can’t remember what we did for 20…oh dear)
  • 10 X’s and Os

Lots of stretching because we should be doing more of this!

It seems we have lots of prayers for healing, Pease and Wisdom. Please keep this crazy world full of disease at the front of your prayers. We must continue to lean on God through these tough times. He is there for us and we need to count on Him. We did have some Praises as well. So do remember to look for the praises each day as well.
