We had a pax of 13 for my 2nd round of cardio dance fitness at Riviter station. Only 3 of us were there for my first Q, so we were all learning together. Eventually we will develop a group of dances that most everyone is familiar with, but for now we are still building it!

The workout: The following dances were broken down in smaller chunks for teaching purposes and then put all together. Everyone did a great job, even the non-dancers hung in there!
We grabbed our mats and finished off our workout with this ab routine!
