A warm and muggy Serendipity Saturday- but we didn’t let it hold us back!
Started off with warm up- 10 butt kicks, 20 toy soldiers, arm circles (forward/backward)
Then the pax rocked out running a lap around BLP
Today’s work out consisted of 5 sets of AMRAP in 5 minute intervals:
-1st set: 10 JJ, 20 push ups, 20 big girl sit ups
-2nd set: 10 burpees, 20 tricep dips, 20 bicycles
-3rd set: 20 mountain climbers (1 counts as both legs), 20 bicep curls, 20 heels to heaven
-4th set: 20 lunges (1 counts as both legs), 20 arm lifts, 20 big girl sits ups
-5th set: 20 dirty girls, 20 donkey kicks, 20 fire hydrants
Volunteer finished us off with a prayer…And all my FIA women said AMEN!!
