School is out and we gathered at the Lowe’s playground for a workout, including several 2.0s, including a FNG. The kids joined in for the workout and some lasted longer than others. Luckily we were in the shade, which helped keep the our workout a bit cooler from the heat and humidity.
As always with 2.0s, we started a little behind, but with our tunes going, we quickly got to work.
Seal Jacks, Windmills, Butt Kickers, Scissor Skiers
30 Lunges (15/leg)
35 Tricep Dips (feeling those today!!!)
40 Mountain Clinbers
45 Sumo Squats
60 sec wall sit
30 sec plank on hands
30 sec plank on forearms
RINSE & REPEAT (we got 3 rounds in!)
