A huge thank you to all the ladies that showed up for our workout on a humid, overcast Saturday morning! There were 12 FiAs that showed up! Woot woot!!
Warm Up –
Ran to lower shelter near rope course and completed 3 sets (10 reps, 20 reps, 30 reps) of each exercise, then ran a lap around the parking lot.
Ran to stairs for Elevens –
Ran back to Senior Center for abs –
Namorama and COT –
Memorial Day is to honor our men and women that have served our country and are no longer with us. Some of them laid down their lives on the field of battle and some of them came home to live long lives, but one thing they all had in common, they were soldiers that fought for the rights and freedoms we enjoy as Americans. Memorial Day is a day to remember their love of country and send up prayers of thanks for the sacrifices they made to ensure the freedoms we enjoy.
