Running Rounds and Triple Threat

Warm-up:
5 Happy Jacks IC
10 imperial walkers IC
10 TTT IC
10 wind mills IC
10 arm circles IC (F, B, Claps)
Run across the bridge

The Thang:
Rounds and rounds and rounds of fun!
6 minutes with 90 seconds rest
Round 1:
Run over the bridge and back
30 Mountain climbers (sets)
10 push ups
10 squats
10 high knees (sets)
Repeat until time is called

Round 2:
20 curtsy lunges with knee lift (total)
20 tricep dips
20 plank up downs (total)
Repeat if time is called

Round 3:
Run over the bridge and back
40 Mountain climbers (sets)
20 push ups
20 squats
20 high knees (sets)
Repeat until time is called

Round 4:
20 fire hydrants (each side)
20 shoulder taps (sets)
20 Kick backs (each side)
Repeat until time is called

Round 5:
Run over the bridge and back
50 Mountain climbers (sets)
30 push ups
30 squats
30 high knees (sets)
Repeat until time is called

Mosey to shelter
Triple threat
1 PAX runs to parking lot and 2 circles
1 PAX holds plank (or inverted plank)
1 PAX does crockpot squats (3 count)
Switch until each PAX has completed all three exercises

Mosey back to shelter

Sally Up (if time)

Stretch it out!
