Running between 3 stations

We had a COLD 39 degrees according to my car, but didn’t let it stop us from getting a great workout in today!

We started with a brief warm up, jogging in place, butt kickers, then jumping jacks —for about 3 minutes to be sure everyone who was coming was here.

Station 1—we ran to 25th avenue.
10 push-ups
20 plank jacks
30 jumping jacks
40 calf raises
50 second plank

Run to the pier (almost a mile!)
10 burpees with a push-up
20 star jumps
30 squats
40 high knees
50 second wall (pier) sit

Run back to 21st avenue benches
10 incline push-ups
20 triceps dips
30 step ups each leg
40 mountain climbers
50 step up, lunge back

Total of 2.88 miles, and all these exercises 2wice! YEAH US!

Our devotion came from Luke. Do not be afraid!
Hard to think, but even at Christmas we have fears. Fears of unknown. Fears of death, fears of Job loss etc.
But God tells us he will bring good tidings of great joy! PEACE!
