Runner’s Workout

Not quite so humid this morning for our runner’s workout. We made it through the entire circuit once plus four more circuits the second time around.

Warmup: Jumping Jacks (10 IC), Cotton Pickers with Ext. (10 IC), Sumo Squats (10 IC), Walking Kicks/Toe Grabs (across one court), High Knees/Butt Kickers (across two courts)

Circuit 1: 30 Push Ups, 1 Minute Push Up Hold, 1 Lap around courts
Circuit 2: 30 Squats, 1 Minute Wall Sit, 1 Lap
Circuit 3: 30 Bird Dog, 1 Minute Plank, 1 Lap
Circuit 4: 30 Arm Circles, 1 Minute Bridge Hold, 1 Lap
Circuit 5: 30 Walking Lunges, 30 Sec Lunge Hold Each, 1 Lap
Circuit 6: 30 Russian Twists, 1 Minute V-Sit, 1 Lap

Repeat circuits as time allows.

Prayers for Scrach’s husband’s doctor appointment today.
