Warm Up (IC):
10 cotton picker extensions
10 toy soldiers
5 big arm circles (forward and back)
10 skull crushers
10 butt kickers
3 rounds of each circuit: 1st round = 1 minute each, 2nd round = 45 seconds each, 3rd round = 30 seconds each. Then move to next circuit.
squats (with or without weight)
bent over rows
alternating reverse lunges (with or without weight)
lateral lunges (with hop in between, optional)
plie squats (with or without weight)
