Round and Round We Go

  • When: 06/25/2018

  • Pax: Chandelier, GenX, Hornet, Barefoot, Cruiser, Bayou, Tortuga, Native, FNG Carrol

This is a great workout for medium/heavy hand weights!

Warm Up (IC):
10 windmills
10 cotton picker extensions
10 toy soldiers
5 big arm circles (forward and back)
10 skull crushers
10 butt kickers
10 jacks

The Thang:
3 rounds of each circuit: 1st round = 1 minute each, 2nd round = 45 seconds each, 3rd round = 30 seconds each. Then move to next circuit.

Round 1:
squats (with or without weight)
bent over rows
high knees

Round 2:
alternating reverse lunges (with or without weight)
bicep curls
fire feet

Round 3:
lateral lunges (with hop in between, optional)
overhead press
butt kickers

Round 4:
plie squats (with or without weight)
tricep extensions
jumping jacks
