It was definitely a humid one today but that didn’t stop 12 ladies from joining me for a merry go round workout! Here is what went down 🙂
- 10 Windmills IC
- 10 Squats IC
- Run to cul de sac for merry go round: While the group is doing Jumping jacks, High knees, and butt kickers the group takes turn running around the circle! Done times 2
- Run past cars to the rock pile: Low side shuffle to 4th tree and back
- Run to workout playground : 10 split squats per leg
- Run to next stop by woods: 10 Jump squats
- Run to cul de sac: 10 Lunges per leg
- Run to cars: Partnered up for 10 leg lifts (per leg) with partner toe touches before coming back down, 10( per leg)- 1 leg glute bridges with leg up touching partners, 10 more (per leg) leg lifts, 10 (per leg) Fire hydrants counting with partner.
- Run to/around cul de sac and back to cars: 50 Hallelujahs, 20 Push ups, 20 plank shoulder taps, Partner touch shoulder taps.
- Run to/around cul de sac and back to cars: 20 In and outs, 50 penguins, 60 second plank, 60 second boat hold.
