It was a chilly, wet morning, but we had a fun and exciting time. Although Sassy Pants kept crushing poor, unsuspecting worms, we had a great workout and enjoyed each other’s company.
Warm up: 10 Imperial Walkers, Heismans, Inch Worms and Cherry Pickers
We ran to the back of the church where we did ladder #1
10 push ups, 20 LBC, 30 Plank Jacks, 40 Squats, 50 Overhead claps, 40 squats, 30 plank jacks, 20 LBC, 10 push ups
We ran to the front of the church and did ladder #2
10 triceps, 20 plank taps, 30 Russian Twists, 40 Monkey Humpers, 50 second wall sit, 40 Monkey Humpers, 30 Russian Twists, 20 Plank taps, 10 tricep dips
We ran back to the start and did Ladder #3
10 squat jumps, 20 Clams, 30 Heels to heaven, 40 Calf Raises, 50 Second Plank, 40 Calf Raises, 30 Heels to heaven, 20 Clams, 10 squat jumps
We ran two laps around the parking lot and repeated Ladder #3.
