Rockin’ Out

Begin with brief warm-up of 10 reps each : through the tunnel, arm circles, imperial walkers, good mornings

  1.  Run to the rock (at the end of our driveway), 15 push-ups, run back to starting point, 15 push-ups, 15 squats, 15 jump squats, 15 jumping jacks, 1-minute wall sit.
    * Repeat *
  2. Skip to the rock, 10 push-ups, skip back to starting point, 10 push-ups, 15 sumo squats, 15 single leg lifts, 15 squat jacks, 1-minute wall sit.
    * Repeat*
  3. Run backwards to rock, 5 push-ups, run backwards to starting point, 5 push-ups
    *Repeat*

    Ring of Fire : Abs edition (each PAX chose an ab exercise for 10 reps until everyone had the opportunity to lead the exercise)
