Warm-a-rama (there was plenty of mumble chatter about how hard this warm-up was- get ready girls!)
We circled up around the cell phone (ahem- Christmas Tree) for a nice tabata. We did the entire loop three times (45 seconds on, 15 off)
One 30 second set of tricep dips
Abs (45 sec on, 15 sec off)
Circled up for prayer and announcements.
