Warm-up: 5min various dynamic stretches
The Thang: Challenge your opponent to a game of rock, paper, scissors while performing squats. The winner gets to direct the loser to the corner/cone they have to run to. Each corner/cone has a different challenge exercise, along with a traveling exercise that returns the runner to the central workout site. Once there, they challenge a new opponent.
Cool Down: 15 minutes of various stretches.
