Happy Friday FIA!

This morning we did a time bomb workout in the Thrill.  We worked our full body in a fast amount of time.  Below is what went down:

YOGA WARM UP – You now I am all about starting and ending with some Zen!

LEGS:

  • one minute wall sit
  • 45 second lunge (right)
  • 30 second jump
  • 30 second squat
  • 30 second jump
  • 45 second lunge (left)
  • one minute wall sit

ARMS:

  • One minute lateral raises
  • 45 second tricep dips
  • 30 second shoulder press
  • 14 second bicep curls
  • 30 second shoulder press
  • 45 second tricep dips
  • one minute lateral raises

CARDIO

  • One minute high knees
  • 45 second jumping jacks
  • 30 second skip
  • 15 second jump squats
  • 30 second skip
  • 15 second jump squats
  • 45 second jumping jacks
  • one minute high knees

CORE:

  • one minute plank
  • 45 second side plank (right)
  • 30 second mountain climbers
  • 15 second sit – up’s
  • 30 second mountain climbers
  • 45 second side plank (left)
  • one minute plank
