Lucky 13 sweated to the 80’s music via candle light this morning:
No warm-up this morning, we jumped straight into The Thang!
1 min exercise then 20 sec rest.
– Squat w kick back
– Jump squat
– Squat w forward kick
– Skater jump
– Front slow bend at waist w weights
– Forward lung w weights
– Stand, walk hands out in front to a plank, then walk back
– Stand, walk feet back to a plank, then walk back in
– Sumo squat
– Plevic roll (left then right, repeat)
– Pelvic tilt
– Spiral Impression
– Donkey kick – right leg
– Donkey kick – left leg
REPEAT (total of 30 exercises)
During each minute exercise, 1 PAX would read a list of questions and give their answers out loud. GOAL – learn a little more about our FiA friends while sweating to the 80’s music.
