Warm up: Jog in place, 10IC Toy Soldiers, 10 IC Butt Kickers, Arm Circles
Do each exercise for one minute
T Raise-Calf Raise with weight-Tricep Extension- Plank Shoulder Tap
2 Laps around parking lot, bear crawl short side
Alt Lunges- Glute Bridge with weight-Dry Docks- Plie Squat
2 Laps around parking lot, crab walk short side
Curl Overhead Press- Push Up- Curtsy Lunge- Plank Jacks
1 minute wall sit
We were able to complete the circuit… I was hoping to get throught it twice but we only made it through half for the second round.
We finished up with 15 star crunches and then LBC until time ran out.
