It was a Monday morning and a last minute Q, so we did a repeat workout from the summer. 10 PAX came out to get better together.

 

Warm-up:
Jumping jacks, 30
Arm circles, 15 IC forward AND backward
Pick ups, 20

The Thang: (using free weights) x2
50 squats with bicep curls
45 crunches
40 overhead triceps
35 sumo squats with overhead press
30 chest press, holding leg 6 inches s
25 wood choppers, on each side
20 Russian twists IC, holding weight
15 push-ups, with a weighted row or a shoulder tap
10 flutter scissor kicks
5 burpees with or without weights
(Repeat countdown of 50s. Total of 2 circuits)

Ab workout:

20 Dead cockroaches, IC

20 “pooch” ab workouts

25 In and Out Crunches

25 Oblique Crunches (each side)

Circled up and Name-a-rama
