I think we had a great group for our first Monday workout. Warmed up with grass grabbers, hamstring stretches, and arm stretches. Then we did a repeat of 52 card pick up
Everyone had some cards out of a regular deck.
Diamonds= curtsy lunges
Spades= bicycle crunches
Clubs = burpees
Jokers= run a loop around tennis courts
We did the exercise the card revealed with face cards being 10 and aces being 11. In total we did 100 of each exercise. I am feeling those curtsy lunges today! What a great way to start the week!
