Remove the Fat – Arms, Belly, Legs/Butt!!!!

It was a little cooler than we expected, but we warmed up fast with a great workout!

Started out with butt kickers, storm troopers, cotton picker, and side stretches

The Thang!

We had 5 sets and repeated each set 3 timse before starting the next set. Each set started with a parking lot jog.

Set 1: Arms – 15 – Bent over Row, Belly – 15 – Homer/Marge, Butt / Legs – 15 – squats

Set 2 : Arms – 15 – Push Ups,  Belly – 15 – V ups, Butt / Legs – 15 – alternating reverse lunges

Set 3: Arms – 15 – lateral raises, Belly – 15 – Crunch, Butt / Legs – 15 left leg hydrants / 15 right leg hydrants

Set 4: Arms – 15 – Front raises, Belly – 1 min Plank hold, Butt / legs – 15 – alternating side lunges

Set 5: Arms – 15 – Bicep Curls, Belly – 15- Reverse Crunch, Butt / legs – 15 – pile squat calf raise
