It was a grossly humid day with pleasant cloud cover this week at Friday Junior.

Warm-a-rama (go until I say stop)

  • High knees
  • Butt kicks
  • Horizontal punches
  • Vertical punches

 Thang (Tabata: 45 secons on, 15 Seconds off)

  • Donkey kicks (right leg)
  • Merkins
  • Donkey kicks (left leg)
  • Up Downs
  • Monkey humpers
  • Ragedy Anns
  • Squats
  • Tricep dips
  • Calf raises
  • Laying leg press

Rinse and Repeat once

There was some extra time so each of the Pax chose an exercise to do for 45 secons

  • Merkins
  • Donkey kicks – alternating
