  • Pax: El Chapo, Hannibal, Cheeseballs, Captain, Octomom, Iron Chef, Racquet, Catfish, Hardcore, Flossy, Chompers

We had 12 PAX come out this morning to take on a new twist with our friends Dora and Sally!

Warm up:

20 squats
20 reverse lunges
20 high knees
20 butt kicks
arm circles forward/backward

The Thang:

Partner up into twosomes, partner 1 does 10 burpees while partner 2 does AMRAP of the exercisers listed below.


Weighted upright row
Sumo Squats
Flutter Kicks
Weighted One leg dead lifts
Russian Twist
Other leg dead lifts
Skull Crushers
Bicep Curls


All exercises were done for 1 minute prior to moving on to the next.

• Inner thigh lifts (:30 per leg)
• donkey kicks (:30 per leg)
• Calf raises

• Plank
• Russian Twist
• Crunches

• Plank Jacks
• Jumping Jacks
