Rainy Tuesday Repeat

We started sweating, then the rain came. We moved up to the gym, then the real sweat started! (This is a modified workout from my Charlotte visit.)

Jog one lap to warm up.

THE THANG:

Weighted ab set – 20 each

Russian v-sits w/weights

Sit ups w/overhead press w/weights

Alternating hand to toe touches w/weights

Raggedy Anns w/weights

 

SET 1: Partner #1 wall sit with overhead weights while partner #2 does

10 burpees

20 push-ups

30 bicycle crunches

SWITCH

SET 2: Partner #1 weighted alternating lunges while partner #2 does

10 up-down planks

20 bicep curls with weights

30 jumping jacks

SWITCH

SET 3: Partner #1 wall sit with overhead weights while partner #2 does

10 plank jacks

20 tricep overhead extensions with weights

30 toe taps

SWITCH

SET 4: Partner #1 weighted alternating lunges while partner #2 does

10 inchworms with weighted shoulder press

20 weighted front and lateral shoulder raises

30 butt kicks

SWITCH
