Rainy Monday Tabata

We welcomed back Diver today!  So glad she is recovering and allowed to exercise again.

It was a rainy day, so this Tabata kept us under the cover and dry.  Thank you, Ladies, for coming out this morning.

Warm Up:  Arm Circles, Windmills, Butt Kickers, Hip Circles, Torso Twists

The Thang:  Tabata with 50 seconds work and 10 seconds rest

ROUND 1

  1. Squat w/bicep curl to overhead press
  2. Push ups
  3. Rosalitas
  4. Alternating forward Lunge
  5. Dry docks
  6. Bicycles
  7. Jumping Jacks

 

ROUND 2

  1. Sumo squats
  2. Walking Push Ups
  3. Scissors
  4. Squat Hold with Toe Touch
  5. Standing Cross with weights
  6. In & Outs
  7. KrisCross Jacks (arms cross in front)

 

ROUND 3

  1. Left Knee Up
  2. Plank
  3. Crunches
  4. Right Knee Up
  5. Inch Worms
  6. Flutter Kicks
  7. High Knees

 

ROUND 4

  1. Alternating Reverse lunges
  2. Tricep kick backs
  3. Russian Twists
  4. Glute Bridge
  5. Elbow plank with Knee dip
  6. Supermans with Shoulder Squeeze
  7. Monkey Humpers
