Warm Up – Jumping Jacks, Butt Kickers w/ Front Arm Crosses, Knee Ups w/ Arms Up, and Arm Circles
The Thang – Ladder Up/Down 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2
2 Rounds/2 Exercises Ladder Up and Back Down; Do Round 1 completing the 2 exercises for the round. We went around the circle taking turns counting it out, making us all in it together!! i.e. One person counted out 2, next person counted out 4 and so on …
Round 1 – Jack Burpees & Standing Side Leg Lifts
Round 2 – Inchworm Walk Outs w/ Push Up/ and Back to Stand & Sumo Squats
In between Round 1 & 2 we did a Wall Dit w/ Arm Hold (arms held out in front of above head while sitting) – First person in line ran around the shelter and back to the end of the line. When that person was in place for wall sit, the next person at the front of the line ran; continued to everyone had gone.
Ab Finisher – Sally Up w/ Leg lifts & Flutter Kicks; Thunder (Imagine Dragons) w/ Plank Hold going down to superman on “Thunder”, swimming during chorus, back up for Plank Hold for verses, repeat pattern until end.
