Rainy Day Circuit

Big thank you to the PAX for showing up on this rainy Saturday morning!  We had a great circuit workout, great conversations, and managed to stay mostly dry under the overhang!

Warm-up:

Light jog to overhang
Side stretch
Cross body stretch
Butt kickers
Hip openers

Circuit workout (3x’s, 1 minute each exercise):

Tricep extensions (resistance band)
Burpees
Reverse lunge with a twist
Military press (resistance band)
One legged dead lifts
Side plank
High knees
Bicep curls (resistance band)
Plank jacks
Mini leg band walks
Pushups
Wall sits
Pogos

Cool-down: light stretching
