4 PAX joined me at Pitchfork this morning for an on-the-fly workout. I didn’t plan for a rainy day workout so had to improvise. We moved under the awning in front of the school and got to work. Thanks PAX for jumping in and helping to plan the workout as we went. #bettertogether

WARM-UP:
1 min side jumps over yoga mat
1 min mtn. climbers
1 min jumping jacks
1 min front jump and shuffle back
1 min mtn climbers

20 walking lunges (sc)
30 jump rope singles

10 situps
20 tricep dips w/kick
30 plank jacks

10 pulse squats (pulse, pulse, pulse, up =1)
20 hillbillies
30 air presses

AMRAP #4
10 curtsy lunges (dc)
20 cross body punches (dc)
30 calf raises

Gazelle – Prayers as daughter recovers from gallbladder surgery
