Ladies! I am calling this workout Q TRAIN! This was my first “training” co-Q workout before being official! We had a total PAX of 20 amazing woman of ALL ages turn up.
Welcome, disclaimer
Warm Up-
- Stretch
- 60 jumping jacks
- 30 reverse crunches
- 1 lap around the building
Work Out
- 30 hip bridge, leg lifts (each leg)
- 40 down dog abs (thanks, Buti yoga)
- 25 pushups
- 1 lap around the building (plank until everyone finishes)
- 20 tricep dips (in cadence)
- 10 burpees (at your own pace, plank until everyone finishes)
- 25 push ups
- 1 lap around the building (plank until everyone finishes)
- 20 monkey humpers
- 10 X-crunches
- 25 plank claps with a partner!
- 1 lap around the building (plank until everyone finishes)
- 20 hip bridge, leg lifts (each leg)
- 20 down dog abs
- 20 tricep dips (in cadence)
Cool Down
- 30 sec plank
- 30 second BUTI yoga chair squat (Crank that music up!!! Small movements on those hips ladies!)
- stretch
We ended with name-o-rama, getting to know our FNG’s, and a little inspiration about shining when it’s YOUR time to shine. We all have our gifts and strengths. Let’s be grateful for what we have to share and use that to help others.
