Q on the fly Backblast

I Q’d on the fly, so we sort of repeated an old workout.

Warm up: Jog one lap

The Thang: Each exercise was completed for 35 seconds with a 10 second rest in between

Bicycle crunches

Diamond push ups

Russian twists

Sumo squats

Jumping lunges

Lateral plank walks

Reverse crunches

Sumo squat with side bends

Dead bugs

V-sits

Single leg balance touch (each side)

Side plank (each side)

Forward alternating lunges

Mountain climbers

Full sit-ups

Jump squats

High knee skips

Wall sit

Walk one lap

Repeat

Walk one lap

PRAYERS for hurricane and those in the path. Due to hurricane Irma, we’ve taken a few days off. We will meet tomorrow for a post-hurricane workout.
