Pyramids to KICK START the week

  • Pax: Sidewalk Chalk, Cut, Ramsey, and Lonestar

4 PAX braved the wind and cold to KICK START their week off right! The workout was a pyramid style and we ran 1 lap around the parking lot in between each pyramid.

Warm-O-Rama

Ran a lap around the parking lot to get warmed up

Hold squat with punched (20 IC)

Toy Soliders (20 IC)

High Knees (20 IC)

THE THANG

We had 4 pyramids that each consisted of 3 different exercises. For pyramids 1 and 3, we started with 1 rep of each exercise, then did 2, then 3, all the way until we did 8 reps of each exercise. For pyramids 2 and 4, we started with 8 reps of each and worked our wway down to 1 rep.

PYRAMID 1: Star jumps, Plank Jacks and Copperhead Squats

RAN 1 LAP

PYRAMID 2: Tricep Dips, Lunge with toe tap (left and right = 1), Peter Parkers (left and right = 1)

RAN 1 LAP

Pyramid 3: Push Up, Skater Surtsey Lunges (left and right = 1) , Glute Bridge with Kick (left and right = 1)

RAN 1 LAP

Pyramid 4: Froggers, Calf Raises, Carolina Dry Docks

RUN 1 LAP

We finished with some ab work (LBCs, heel presses, 6 inch hold) and stretching.

COT and prayer time closed out a great workout and morning with awesome FiA ladies!
