Pyramids of Everlasting Joy and Happiness!

We enjoyed our last workout under the twinkling Christmas lights of the Village of Pinehurst with Pyramids of Everlasting Joy and Happiness. Here’s how it went down:

Warm-up: Five runs to the Christmas tree and back (not sure how long that is)

Exercise sets (five reps each):

Set 1:

  1. jump squats
  2. plank (five sets of five counts)
  3. burpees
  4. broad jump with reverse jog
  5. high knees

Set 2:

  1. lunges (each side is 1)
  2. get ups
  3. roo jumps
  4. push ups
  5. jumping jack + squat

Set 3:

  1. tuck jumps
  2. russian twists
  3. mountain climbers
  4. boot straps
  5. skaters

Each set was completed like this:

We also enjoyed a little Sally beatdown and then called it a day.
