Pyramid Workout at the Jungle Gym

Started the morning with an intense workout just using simple movements.

Warm up:  march in place 15 IC

butt kicks           15 IC

2 minutes of movement:  4 squats, 4 body twists, 4 pushups

1 lap around area

Pyramid Workout – 10 exercises that decrease in number, but increase in intensity – keep moving through to the best of your ability – count exercises on one side only where appropriate

100 cardio kicks

90 steam engines

80 upper cuts

70 high knees

60 alternating kicks

50 pikes

40 push ups on knees

30 plank rotations

20 inner heel taps

10 burpees

walk and get water – longer walk that included the hill

Ab work:  2 rounds of 6 exercises for 30 seconds each

V-up

Right side crunch

Left side crunch

Frog kicks – side, middle, side

scissors kick – 2nd time did big kicks

butterflies – 2nd time held plank
