Intro/Disclaimer/Warmup

The Workout

PART 1 – Leg Day:

1. Side plank leg raises
2. Other side
3. Bulgarian split squats
4. Other side
5. Side lunges
6. Fire hydrants (mod up with leg extended)
7. Donkey kicks
8. Squat with calf raise

Do each exercise for 30 seconds and repeat 2 times

PART 2 – Tabata Crawl:

Each PAX choices one exercise for the PAX to do while she bear crawls to the end of the pavilion and back.

After each PAX has gone, the whole group will do each exercise Tabata style (30 seconds each with 10 seconds rest in between)

Cool down/Devo/COT
