10 large backward arm circles

10 large forward arm circles

THE THANG

Set One –

GET pumpkin – Pumpkins were at the end of the pad. PAX ran down to the end, picked up pumpkin, then brought it back to mat.

20 squats with pumpkin

LEAVE pumpkin – Jog down to end of pad with pumpkin, drop it, and jog back to mat.

20 dead bugs

GET

20 lunge twists with pumpkin

LEAVE

20 skaters

GET

20 Russian twists with pumpkin

LEAVE

SET TWO with pumpkins

20 presses

20 curls

20 wood chops (10 each side)

20 dead lifts

PARTNER WORK

Grab a partner and one pumpkin for you to share. Partner one jogs half a lap with pumpkin. Partner two sprints across field and starts push-ups. Switch and continue until the pair does 100 push-ups.
