We had a smaller group out at Pitchfork this am! Thanks to the 6 PAX who joined me under a gorgeous, clear, starry sky for some pumpkin themed exercises.

round 1-90 seconds
round 2-60 seconds
round 3-30 seconds
Then PAX held wall sit while passing pumpkin for each lady to do 5 squat and press with pumpkin.
Ring of Fire- PAX do sit-ups while one uses pumpkin to do 10 Russian twists then pass to next PAX.
