Hickory BackBlast 1/10/18
I decided to shake things up and try a Tabata style workout, complete with a new ‘interval timer’ app on my phone! It was super handy to just let the interval timer do all the work, and as a bonus we could listen to music in the background! I cranked up a Pandora station called “Power Workout”…but I’m pretty sure what we got was more like “Prom Night 2004.” Haha – thanks for getting your “Burn” on with me and Usher, ladies!
Here’s what we did…
10 Arm Circles
1 Lap around the Library Loop
1 Minute each, w/ 10 second rest between exercises:
Bent Over Row
30 Seconds each side, w/ 10 second rest between exercises:
Side dumbbell raises
Squat dumbbell oblique reach
On side leg crossovers (think Jane Fonda leg raise, but criss-crossing your legs)
High plan w/ kickback
Run 1 lap around Library Loop
We repeated the whole sequence 2.5 times, and before we knew it time was up!
